Booking Equipment

I booked a tripod and a camera from my schools media department and took it to my home. After using the camera for the continuity task I had some experience of using it, I knew how to use the tripod and how to use the actual camera including how to zoom. I enjoyed using the camera and experimenting with different angles with the tripod. I took out the camera again the next week to redo some shots as I thought some shots could be redone. Using the tripod was vital as without the shots would of looked unprofessional and messy as the tripod help the camera still.

I thought about where I wanted to set my film in, I originally was going to go to set my film in central London where i could get shots of buildings, but then i realised i wanted a realistic place to shoot so I went to a road near where I live. I also had a scene where my film was in a alley way and luckily i lived near one which helped me with getting my cast and the camera to the shooting location without to much trouble. I also used my house in scenes as it suited my movie scene. I was lucky that the weather was bright which helped with the shooting.
