Location	Risks	How to avoid them
Street	Camera stolen/could get dropped and broken	Take care with all equipment, don’t leave it unattended, try shooting on a quiet street/time
House	Equipment could get dropped	Take care when moving equipment and when holding equipment, use holders to improve safety
Actors	Could fall over equipment	Make sure no wires are in the way of pathways and tell them to take caution
Bedroom	Equipment could be broken/ liquids spilt on it	Hold camera whenever using it and when not using camera place it in the bag so it is safe

I created a risk assessment to ensure we had a plan for if anything went wrong and how to avoid them from happening. It could also help us having a smooth day of filming as we had no worry's and no problems
